I have been to see Caroline a number of times now for targeted massage therapy to support a holistic approach for treating my serve migraines. Caroline is a naturally warm friendly therapist and her treatments have proven to be extremely effective in the prevention and ongoing treatment of my migraines. Not only are Carolines therapies extremely effective they are aloo very relaxing. I would recommend Caroline to anyone who needs to relax de stress and support a holistic approach to healing.

I drive for living and work long hours. my back is been bad for a while. I tried different therapists for some time but no use. Paid lot of money but standards of treatment was not good. Luckily meet Caroline Terry who runs her Therapy clinic in Rushden called Anshin therapy. It is only my send session but the difference is unbelievable. The knots on my back have almost disappeared. Tension on my neck and shoulders muscles have relieved. She is not only a great therapist she is lovely person! Her Garden studio is best I have ever seen. Clean and hygienic! I could easily fall asleep after 5 minutes. Normally I don't do reviews but this time I thought it will be very unfair not to. Anyone needs treatments or want to treat themselves contact Caroline.

Been to see Caroline this evening regarding my tennis elbow which I have been suffering with for quite a few months. She recommended a new technique called Emmett but I was sceptical.
