****STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE**** If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! I would certainly not recommend this company! Disgusting customer service. Took a laptop in for a screen replacement and was told it would be ready within 2 days. What a joke. Called on the day it was meant to be ready and apparently George was at the dentist and the guy in the shop took my number and said George would call back which he didn’t so I called again later that day and apparently George wasn’t up for talking! I was told he would call me the following day… no call so I called him, he didn’t remember the laptop, or my name, then said oh yes I remember now is that Emma…. Erm no! Said he hadn’t received the new screen as delivery was slow then the next time I called the excuse was new screen was broken and they’ve ordered another, next excuse was it’s fixed but wasn’t at the shop, apparently he tried to call me and couldn’t get through… rubbish. Then he said it would be there for collection the next day. I obviously doubted this would be the case especially as he’d fobbed me off so many times before, so I called before going to the shop and was told he had forgotten it and it was at his house. He then promised to deliver it and failed to do that too. Then I called again and was told his colleague was out delivering and would deliver it within the hour. This time I actually got the laptop back and fixed. I felt sorry for his colleague being asked to deliver my Laptop as it should have been him, getting others to do his dirty work. I was given a discount, not enough in my opinion, and frankly I will never use this company again. George is a liar, does nothing but fob you off constantly, and totally disrespects his customers.This is no way to run a business! However the young guy in the shop has fixed several mobile phones for me and is brilliant. He shouldn’t stay working for someone like George as it will ruin his reputation. This company is beyond a joke, if you want tech fixed don’t waste you time and money on this place!!!

I’ve been helped immediately with my laptop issue. I can only greatly appreciate their service. I will readily and highly recommend to friends and family.

Lost all my photos, killed my phone. Had to get new one. This is not a fake review and I have receipts to prove it.

Great service, had my phone back within 24hrs, door drop delivery, with brand new screen. Working perfectly, good as new. Would recommend and will use again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The communication is terrible, had to chase them up so many times. Nearly every time I speak to them (when I can get through) they say we'll call you in a couple of hours. Still nothing! And they have my electronic goods, it's been nearly a week now. Very disappointed! Will I ever get my items back?

I came today, Sunday just 15 mins before they’re closed. George fixed the screen in 10 mins. I always come here when my phones got problems. George is very kind, reliable and helpful, no need to go anywhere else.

Really happy with my iPhone X (preferring curved edges rather than the blunt ones on the newer iPhones) but the battery needed to be replaced (battery health 79%). Much cheaper and convenient to pop to this local shop then Apple Store in MK. Took about 20-30 mins to fit. Battery health now showing 100%. Friendly service. Highly recommend. Thank you Aaron.

Very disappointed with this place considering the great reviews. Phoned this place in advance making a query if they had the part in stock for my phone, they advised me it would be ordered in and set aside for me. I turned up they didn’t even know who I was and the part was not set aside for me. Took my name and number said they would order the part in got me and would phone me when it arrived. They never phoned me, so I went elsewhere and had it done within an hour. Very disappointing.

I went in today needing a new screen protector he automatically did it within seconds and done an amazing job at the time he also noticed I had smashed my camera on the back of my phone, offered to fix it within an hour and it’s as good as new with no charge for either. Amazing customer service and highly recommend will certainly be going back they know what they’re doing thank youuuu

My phone randomly stopped charging overnight and eventually died one morning. As I am working from home I rely on my phone for work calls and being able to log in to my work system. I called this store, got through within 2 rings, and George couldn't have more helpful and polite. He advised I could come down today and he would be able to have a look as it was urgent. I went down, met George, showed him the issue and he fixed it within 20 minutes whilst I waited, chatting with me the whole time. I was so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and high standard of customer care he upheld. He was able to assist me with other concerns regarding tech at home also. I will definitely be using this store again, should the need arise, and will recommend anyone who needs tech support or repairs to go here. Excellent job George and thank you for your help and expertise.
