Good place for a beer... Old fashioned atmosphere

Really great atmosphere and very welcoming staff and locals

A nice pub with friendly staff and good service. Everyone's friendly in there from what I found. Have a decent pool table as well as regular events in there.

I thought about going in but when I opened the door there was music. Now I don’t mind people chatting when I’m going to a pub to get food but if you’re going to play that sort of thing surly it would more to play music on a music channel or get a jukebox something like that. I just knew this wasn’t going to be to my taste. Also when going on your website the only way to order is at the bar which I’ve been a bit more sceptical of since the Covid.

Excellent pub, clean, welcoming, good prices, good beer, friendly staff, friendly punters, good and safe for the kids! All round good place to go!

A great pub. When I went it was covid secure and taken very seriously by staff. It was my first public house visit since feb and the staff kindly explained the rules. I Felt very safe. The cask ale was perfect. 5 stars.

Brilliant place to drink and unwind. Yes it can get busy but to people who find that a problem just go when it's less busy. I live literally 2 mins away and would love to work there such is my belief in the quality service they provide.

Its a OK local often busy first thing with locals but dies off as the night goes on. Not the best pub in the area but it's clean beer is soso in price and its used by some locals. I wouldn't make a point of going there specially but if I was love looking for a drink and lived close it would do
