Beyond Exceptional!! I do not have enough positive adjectives in my vocabulary to describe Kate and her team's service throughout our challenging house move. Kate worked tirelesly - way out of working hours, to help us meet the difficult deadlines we were put under, after we experienced several pull outs from houses we were purchasing. Fabulous communication, instant replies from Kate, Fiona or other team members and a real strong sense of personal service, Kate really cared about the outcome of our tense situation. I really don't know what we would've done without her during this time, she went way above and beyond her role of work to turn it around on time for us. Thanks again for everything Spoor and Co!

Do not use!!! They are extremely slow. Will ignore your emails, refuse to take your calls, if you want to be able to move in a decent timeframe, that just isn’t going to happen - currently sat waiting after 6 months and still haven’t been close to exchanging. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism, they are completely negligent. Had to chase constantly from the time we decided to go with them, started off before signing amazing very quick responses, to now going weeks chasing with no answers. It just seems they simply do not care and everything will be done in their time which by their time, always shifting the blame onto others and can’t simply pick up the phone or respond to emails. Appalled by this whole experience. My next step is going to the legal ombudsman to file a complaint about the abysmal service.

My experience of customer service has been really bad, i have sent numerous emails just asking for an update as they have not given me any timescale, every email has been ignored, if i call for an update I'm told i will get a call back, twice in one day was told i would definitely get a call back but no call back. I have been very patient i haven't been one of those people constantly ringing and emailing. I'm made to feel like a nuisance when i call, very disappointed.
