My name is Shane and I live directly opposite Saab and have got to know Ray, Mrs Ray and the team and they have always been a friendly helpful part of our community and often help the neighbours with their car issues. They work very hard and long hours too and never seem to stop! A highly recommended place to bring your car/saab.

I recently took my 27 year old 900 Convertible to IndySAAB on the recommendation of the old dealership that I originally bought it from. It had problems with the operation of the hood (i.e. it wouldn't work). Ray reset the parameters of the hood mechanism, carried out a service and an MoT. It's like having a new car again! I can't thank Ray, Kath and IndySAAB enough. I highly recommend them.

I had taken my SAAB to two different garages prior to finding this one. Both of them said they couldn’t repair it and one of them even charged me! This place took it in and have the experience with SAABs. The employees are lovely and were really helpful and swift with my repairs only taking under a week to complete everything. I am always happy with the service that i get here. They are clean and each and every one of them care for you and your car. I drove 55 miles to take the car in for a service at Indy Saab. Why....Because i trust them 100%. And that what's important to me. To fully be able to trust a garage that your life depends on, when on the road. Oh and cost is not bad at all. Take any car you have to them. It's not just Saab's. So ignore the word Saab and don't be put off, by that. And you'll be surprise... really you would.

My partner Pat was having issues with her 9-3 convertible..the doors were not unlocking/locking with the fob and the display was stating that there was a steering lock malfunction and also it wasn't recognising the key fob. Managed to get it started and took it to Indy Saab who said they would try and find the fault. Left the car with them whilst we went round town and I had a phone call a couple of hours later telling me what the issue was and what it would cost. We went to collect the car an hour after that and we were very happy with the job they had done and even more delighted with the price. Ray explained everything to us that it was the ignition switch and he had and he had replaced it.. we then had a lovely chat about cars with Ray and Kath. We are very happy indeed with the service we received and found Ray and Kath to be Very nice people and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Don't leave many revies. Nothing to say about this place that hasn't been said already. Poor advice from normal garage that seemed iffy re gearbox/driveshaft noises, took it to someone I perceived knows their onions. Top drawer!! Will be back! Thanks chaps! Much appreciated!

Took my Saab 9-3 here for a service, mot and air con repair. Really happy with the extremely high level of service I received. Lovely people and extremely knowledgeable of all things Saab. I first visited IndySaab off the back of good reviews and am now writing one of my own. Ray knows his stuff, does great work and charges a very reasonable price.
