What took me so long!. I went to Noble Eye Centre today for the first time. The care from walking through the door, Eye examination, selecting glasses and leaving was amazing, faultless. Total focus on the customer's needs. Thank you Mark and team

Have been a customer for some years. Always very pleased with the service. The opticians are very professional and explain things very clearly. I find that if my prescription has barely changed like last year I was not encouraged to change my glasses or lenses but it was recommended I have another test in a year’s time. I thought that was good advice saved me some money so when I attended this year I wasn’t surprised that I needed new lenses and glasses. Good choice of frames to choose from, ranging high end designer frames to stylish affordable ones. Communication is also very good in respect of notifications and appointment reminders.

From having my eyes tested to picking up my new glasses and sunglasses, I cannot fault anything or anyone. All the staff are very proffesional and nothing was any bother for them. Highly recommended. Many thanks Helen

I've been with Nobles for many years. The service I have received has always been the best. I chose a new set of frames recently which just didn't work for me. They were too flexible. Nobles replaced them free of charge, even though the choice had been mine, because I was unhappy with the result. I have great confidence that Mark and the rest of the Nobles team will do their utmost to give me the very best result.

Mark and his team are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. The team are extremely helpful and can’t do enough for the customers. I would absolutely recommend Noble Eye Centre

Having had the High Street Chain 'treat em and street em' experience, I moved to Nobles about 20yrs ago and have been patient ever since. Their patient care is exemplary, as you would expect from a medical practitioner, but in addition to that, their attention to detail, their commitment to customer service, their ability to treat each customer as a person and work out what that person uniquely needs is fantastic. Until you DON'T get that level of experience, you don't appreciate it. I fully appreciate how great Nobles are! Well done guys!
