Bought a half day session as a present for two very crafty people - and they absolutely loved it. They said that John and Jill were amazing teachers and craftspeople who really made them feel welcome and supported. The workshop was perfectly timed and they were both able to complete three pieces, with time for a few cups of tea and snacks in between. I would highly recommend Fired Glass and I am sure we will be booking again.

My mother attended a course and loved every minute, from start to finish. Jill created an amazing experience which she still talks about months later. Thank you for making a birthday present so rememberable.

I cannot speak too highly of the service provided by this small family business. Communication was excellent after I placed my order for vitrigraph stringers which arrived very quickly. The quality, variety of sizes and packaging was also excellent. I was delighted to receive an extra gift which will add a finishing touch to some pieces. I am very impressed with the company and will will definitely order again.

Attended a fantastic workshop in March, where I learned new skills for making beautiful dichroic glass jewellery. Jill is a fantastic tutor; her workshop is a tardis of tools and materials and she spared none to help me design and create a beautiful pendant that I am constantly asked when I wear it: "where did you get that from?". I was made instantly at home in Jill's beautiful studio; it's a lovely space to work in and you'll see plenty of examples of this talented lady's artwork. The thing I liked most about the workshop was Jill's ability to facilitate and help me materialise the ideas I had in my head, using her detailed knowledge. I came away with not only a beautiful piece of art that I can wear and am proud of but also the feeling that a lot of knowledge was imparted and I felt I had really learned something by doing. And I must add, it's incredibly therapeutic to do an activity like this for a few hours. I'm definitely booking in for another workshop (when they become available, as Jill is very popular!)
