Excellent care by the staff from Serve who visit my Mum daily to sort her hot/cold food and check on her. Through Covid they were troopers. She remained /remains un infected by it. Good PPE use and hygiene. They buck her up when her mood is low and are such a god send to me to be able to allow her to stay in her own home.

Very disappointing.
