Brilliant service, rang the company, Darren rang me back within 10 minutes, came out straight after his other job,about half hour later if that, had to leave for an important meeting but came straight back, wouldn't go until he figured out what was wrong and got it up and running again, amazing company, great man, took out an insurance with them, so happy it's fixed

Stairlift packed up this morning. Rang Darren, who was fortunately en route in our area. 40/50 minutes later and the stairlift was up and running again. Very impressed with the prompt, efficient and friendly service we received today.

Taken my parents this morning as Mum needed new walking sticks and I decided she would benefit from a rollator. Very helpful and not at all pushy and let you take time to decide what products are right for you. Came away with exactly what she needed definitely recommend.
