Happy with the work they've done on the car, only thing I can fault them for, they left an advisory from the MOT on the car, when I picked up the car I asked them for a quote to get it fixed, they said no problem, I called them a few days later to ask about the quite, they apologised and said they'll call me shortly, it's been more than a week and still nothing. The great first impression they gave me has changed.

Winslow is the best garage. Always helpful and extremely supportive in every aspect. The whole team are friendly and always get the job done and always there when you need them. Thank you all and looking forward to the next year.

Winslow Ford very, very professional services. Starts from reception trough mechanics, technicians. Services, repairs always keep me updated/informed advice regarding repairs. When comes to diagnostic always spot on. I went to different garages in the past but none couldn't solve issues. Always back to Winslow and they just proven how good they are. All diagnostic 100% spot on ,no time waisting. Highly recommended to Ford owners and not only. Big thanks Winslow Ford Rushden.

I recently took my car to Winslow for an MOT. I did not actually expect such outstanding customer care. From the outside office to the whole service team, help was offered and the Service team went a country mile to assist me in every possible way. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you.

I phoned Winslow Ford Rushden after noticing a cover was hanging down off the rear suspension of my Mondeo, as it was urgent, they got the car into their workshop and did the repair on the same day, very good service.

Visited the showroom after seeing a car online, the car wasn’t for us but, Tony said he had another car arriving soon that we may be interested in. It was an unbelievable car all of our expectations were met! Tony helped us from start to finish, excellent Customer Care so extremely efficient and thoughtful. A thoroughly professional Service 😁👏🏻

Excellent service, car collected as agreed and, after checking, the car was actually returned early. Cost was as estimated if not a bit less. Car returned working and without the release bearing rumble we had got used to, already booked the other car in for an MOT.

Purchased a car from the dealership yesterday. From start to finish Tony was great, answering any questions I had, always available over phone/text/email great communication and effort making sure everything was in place for the car to get collected on time. 12 months breakdown cover and warranty, great part exchange offer and purchased car in a great condition!
