Truly impressive all round service. Straighteners posted Saturday, received back Tuesday serviced and repaired. Customer service at its best!

Absolutely flawless service - my GHD Air hairdryer suddenly stopped blowing hot air. I was resigned to buying a new one (costly!) but had a quick look at repairs online and found that Rushden Electronics offered a GHD repair service. Having weighed up the cost (you do pay for postage over to them separately, but it really wasn't as costly as I thought to post - £6.90 Tracked 24 by Royal Mail) it made perfect sense to send my hair dryer for repair. The speed amazed me - I posted it at 9am on a Tuesday, it was back in my kitchen by 11am Thursday! Wonderful service - don't buy a new GHD product until you've tried here first!

Posted my GHD's on Saturday morning, repaired and returned to me by Tuesday afternoon. Brilliant service and speedy turn around, £40.00 to get my £240 hair straighteners working again, excellent value for money. Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing service. Was told by my local shop they were unfixable. Sent my ghd platinum plus on Tuesday afternoon and got them back on Friday and they work perfectly. Website is very detailed in how to send them and what they can fix. Thank you so much, saved me a fortune buying new ones.

Outstanding service from Rushden Electronics who diagnosed and fixed the issue on my Helios hairdryer within about 1 hour of receiving it! The process to purchase a repair is very straightforward, great communications to keep you updated on next steps etc, and the turnaround time is incredible. It's great to see a service like this to repair electronics rather than just discard them and buy new, especially with fairly pricey hair tools. Very impressed, and will certainly be using Rushden again for the next repair. Thank you!

Great Service, sent my GHD's and they were returned within a couple of days. Unfortunately after 1 use they had the same fault so I contacted Trevor who said he'd look at them again. He fixed the fault and returned them within a couple of days, so impressed and would highly recommend.

They replied to my message almost straight away on a Sunday, I posted my straighteners on the Monday, and received them back on the Wednesday. Super knowledgeable and really quick service. 100% recommend!

Incredible service for my ghd max straighteners today. I live local so arranged to drop my straighteners off - less than 2 hours later I received an email to say my repair was complete and they were ready to pick up again. Got a full breakdown of the work carried out and I'm delighted to say they work perfectly! I can't recommend this service highly enough!
