Great team, both Lisa and Alan are really friendly and helpful, and lovely finish to the work. Really happy with it all! Had wet walls, a new bath/shower unit, toilet, basin, taps, radiator and flooring installed. Also a small storage unit created too. Good flow of communication with Lisa prior to the start date with options for each item and costings to keep me informed, and then a high quality of work carried out by Alan. Love my new bathroom. Would recommend Aqua Access to anyone and will have them back if I want anything else done in the future.

By far the best company to use when you're getting anything done to your bathroom. We were still in lockdown when I started the process and Lisa was brilliant at sending me images of bathroom suites they could source for me, advising on the type of tiles to get, replying to emails etc. My bathroom refit was completed in the time specified and to a very high standard - I’m so pleased with it.
