AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS! I had a btl a few years ago, I was put of with the whole venture after Mike Neville vetted the tenants, which stopped paying the rent which cost me a lot of money and stress after going to court to get my property back. Because of this experience it affected me then and now as I still think about it and the potential future income I have lost since selling due to getting out of the lettings game due to this one incident. They don’t care as this was one property out of hundreds on there books. I put my trust in people I don’t even know. Very poor agent.

We had a very positive experience from the outset when we approached Mike Neville Estate Agents to make a purchase. Chris Brett went the extra mile, keeping us updated on a weekly basis via email and calls, ensuring full transparency throughout, and proactively liaising with the vendor and the vendor's solicitior to chase things along. All of his hard work removed the usual stress encountered with the long silences that usually occur during a house purchase.
