Food took 20 mins longer than expected to come, lemon pepper bites had no lemon pepper, pepperoni pasta was just pasta with ketchup… Overall food was awful

Amazing food, you must wait a little when ordering but it is absolutely worth it.

Not ordered from here in ages and was in two minds about ordering so looked at the reviews on just eat.. really had a giggle at them so felt like we had to order. Very glad we did food was nice got a two burgers, chicken bites and dirty fries very nice and delivered at a decent time. Came for the laughs stayed for the food and wasn’t disappointed

If you're going to be 'open' on Just eat, at least accept or decline orders. Waited 10 minutes from making an order online for it to not even be confirmed. Furthermore, I had rang 3 times and still no answer. Cancelled it and will be avoiding the place.

Myself and my family have been a regular customer since Miam’s opened, never had a problem until last week I ordered and received the wrong order. After trying to get through for 20 minutes I was told to wait whilst they got hold of the driver, once they had spoken with the driver I was asked to send photos of the order and the bag number, which I did. The burgers were what we had ordered but we only received 1 X seasoned chips but we had ordered 2 X plain. I was told there was new chips on the way, by this point the food had been sat in my house for around 30 minutes and the burgers were cold. I asked for a fresh delivery of the full order but was told that the burgers wouldn’t be cold. I argued this and was told I would receive a call from the manager shortly, 55 minutes later no call and no replacement of burgers. Will not be ordering again. The person I liaised with was rude and dismissive.

Food was delicious I've eaten at every takeaway and Miam is by far top ranked the burgers where phenomenal, you have to try the milkshakes the staff are extremely polite approachable and I have never had any issues with late service, it's now become a place I visit often especially when treating my friends.

Very very disappointed. Ordered at 7:45 and they accepted the delivery that was scheduled for 9pm. No delivery was ever made. Never answered the phone when we attempt to query where the delivery was. Awful service and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst takeaway and basically stole my money. Wrong order given on first collection. Second collection got home to find it cold and soggy (chips soaking wet from condensation in the packaging). Took the food back and asked for a refund but apparently they cannot refund in store and this had to be done online. I then did this and the owner has rejected the refund. I’ve tried to call the store who won’t give the owners details and said they would be in touch but nothing!!! They also marked it as collected 15 mins into the 35 mins wait time on their awful site. Do not bother with these cowboys.

Absolutely best burger I have had in a while forget the golden arches or five guys if your craving a good burger go to Miam. I have used a few times now any everytime everything has been fresh full of flavour and reasonably priced. Loaded fries have also become a favourite and I can't help but add to my order every time

Ordered a double cheese burger and cheesy chips. Absolutely exquisite food was super tasty, Rushden has missed a good burger place and this is it. Other items available also. Well done team miam! Can't wait to order again
