I recently bought my new build shared ownership property back in May this year. In all honesty we was not going to remortgage with Holley protect (no reason other then had a recommendation to use another company who saved them hundreds), however after possibly going with another company which we nearly did. David and Mia spoke to us about other business they help us with and said hopefully you get a great deal on your mortgage and told us the new rate and just checked in which they did not have to (no hard feelings going with someone else) as the rates had gone down a lot. When speaking to a different company they did not match this deal we had told them and would not move us over and would only remortgage with the same bank we was using. The company was so rude and and after speaking to Mia and David they was more then happy to re support us and understood why we did go and explore else where. All they wanted us was us to be financially secure in this climate or remortgage and get us the best deal. We went back to Holley protect to complete our mortgage renewal and Mia went above and beyond to secure the best rates. In our case we saved over £300 pounds going back to Holley protect to secure a great mortgage rate in this climate. We have used Holley protect since we bought our first house and we did get caught in the clause of “use ours they are a friend and they are great” and told to shop around with companies but honestly I would not use another company for mortgages , or insurances they look after you and ensure you find the best deals at Holley protect. We have always recommended Holley protect and will always recommend for mortgages and insurances as we have had great experiences and support with this. We certainly will not be exploring any other companies Five stars from us!
