The welcome is great and helps get the holiday off to a great start. The rooms are big and spacious and clean. ||The location is great for Rushden Lakes shopping and easy to get to other towns around there. ||Good place for a short stay. ||

For 3 nights covering 24-26.12.23 and costing less than £130 this was a good value stay. Everything was clean but basic. You can walk to Rushden Lakes Retail park as well which is a bonus. Overall very pleased

After a terrible drive down and arriving late, it was great to have such a warm welcome. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower powerful. Checkout was quick and easy. Easy access to large shopping centre.

Lovely hotel just off the a45. Easy to get to the Rushden Lakes shopping centre too. Staff were kind enough to let us leave the car in the car park for a couple of hours too. Clean and pleasant hotel with all true staff being polite and friendly. If you’re staying for a few days request a room facing the rear as lovely views.

Staff wonderful very helpful good parking rooms en suite with bath and shower, no hair dryer but lovely fan. Bed so comfy I actually slept in but check out was noon so had nice bath.
