Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Friendly and welcoming. The only place I found the mod I was looking for. It was slightly more expensive than other places who said they sold it but not by much. I was willing to pay the extra few pounds as it was the mod I really wanted and the service is always excellent. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful customer service, was greeted by a male with poor personal hygiene, shop Is covered in black mould, pretty sure I saw a mouse/rat running around the back had to leave before purchasing any product for my own safety.

Very knowledgeable staff and got set up with the perfect vape device for me to give up smoking with. Have returned for custom nicotine content liquid refills to make giving up easier. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredibly friendly staff. Made to feel like a small family. I came in initially just for some juices, but ended up returning time and again for coils, bubble tanks and tips. They have a great selection of juices and are always on hand to offer advice on their current favourites.

Fantastic people ,really lovely shop ,clean bright and drinks Are available free to customers! The staff know their stuff! Lots of choices from basic mods to top of the range mods and packages with batteries etc . The e juice range is amazing with so many I couldn’t count them all ! But top brands and local ginger juice ! Just pop in and have a Vape plenty of tester tanks just to make me more confused! Lol and a reward points system just like it’s sister branch in Wellingborough! Well done Darren and Pete !
